Full Charge Bookkeeper

Our client has an immediate need for a Full Charge Bookkeeper with QuickBooks experience.

Duties:
• Work with Accounts Payable: verify and enter bills tied to Purchase Orders and assist in weekly Pay list creation, acting as point of contact for vendors
• Work with Accounts Receivable: invoice customers and apply cash receipts accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate documentation in QuickBooks
• Process payroll
• Enter Month-End/Year-End closing transactions
• Prepare bank deposits and record electronic funds received
• Timely filing and payment of sales tax for multiple states
• Work with Operations to refine and post Inventory transactions
• Produce monthly financial reports for consolidation

Requirements:

• Three or more years of Full Charge Bookkeeping
• Three or more years of QuickBooks experience
