Full Charge Bookkeeper

Job Description

We are seeking candidates who are interested in joining a family-oriented business located in Suwanee, GA. The role is for a full-time permanent bookkeeper who is also able to perform other office administrative duties. Below is a snapshot of the opportunity:

Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant

Who: Stable, family owned construction company
What: Bookkeeper/Office Assistant

When: Immediate Need; interviewing the week of 1/14/19
Where: Suwanee, GA
Why: Current bookkeeper is retiring
Salary: DOE, $40,000-55,000 + excellent benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision/401(k) matching program)

Responsibilities:

  • Payroll of 25 employees
  • All aspects of Accounts Payable
  • All aspects of Accounts Receivable
  • Assist with other special projects as requested

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as full-charge bookkeeper
  • Must have strong references from previous employers
  • Seeking a high character individual--must value honesty and integrity
  • Team player
  • Sage 300 software knowledge is a plus but not a requirement
  • Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required
