Position Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day Front of House operations, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and floor coverage during peak, high-volume periods.
  • Manage employee scheduling, training, and ongoing staff development to foster a positive, cohesive team environment.
  • Maintain active floor presence, engaging with guests, supporting service, and stepping in wherever needed across operations.
  • Drive operational decisions independently, utilizing Toast POS and OpenTable platforms to streamline daily logistics.
  • Adapt communication styles effectively to engage diverse guests, staff, and leadership.

Position Requirements
  • Proven management experience in high-volume casual, sports, upscale, or brewery/taproom dining environments.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry with a clear desire for career progression toward a General Manager position.
  • Strong decision-making skills, high emotional intelligence, and a self-driven, autonomous work ethic.
  • Flexibility to manage shifting floor volumes and adapt to diverse operational structures.
  • Strong background in staff training, scheduling, and floor leadership.

Compensation Package Details
  • Base Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 (commensurate with experience)
