Job Description

The Front Desk Personnel serves as the first point of contact for MOBA, providing professional reception services and administrative support while ensuring a positive and organized front office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Customer Service

  • Receive, welcome, and direct visitors professionally and courteously.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries promptly.
  • Provide basic information about MOBA’s activities and services.

Front Office Administration

  • Maintain visitor logs, call records, and front desk documentation.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the reception area calendar.

Office Support

  • Support basic administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
  • Assist with meeting setup, logistics, and hospitality.
  • Ensure the front office area is organized, secure, and presentable at all times.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Administration, Customer Service, or Communications.
  • Prior reception or front desk experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Being a MOBA is an added advantage.
