corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Position Overview

The Fraud Agent provides a range of analytical, adjudication, detection, operational, escalation and/or evaluation process support for a defined area or function like Claims/Detection/Specialty within the Fraud group. This role is generally responsible for minimizing losses to customers and the Bank and contributing to the
management of adverse impacts and reputational risks as part of the resolution and recovery process

What you will bring to this role:

Proficiency with MS Office and analytical tools and techniques - basic excel knowledge, Outlook experience
Able to use strong judgement in exercising discretion in all the matters of confidentiality
A dynamic individual with positive attitude and has willingness to accept challenges in a demanding environment
A strong team associate with excellent organizational and communications skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task with minimal direction to meet tight deadlines
Strong communication - written and verbal
Banking and customer service/call center experience
Over 2 years of relevant work experience - data entry

NICE TO HAVE:
Expertise in business unit and operational functions of fraud, and regulatory requirements for the supported region
Previous fraud experience
