Job Summary:
The Foundry Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the foundry, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This role involves supervising personnel, coordinating workflow, and ensuring compliance with all operational and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of foundry workers, including molders, melters, and finishers
• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines and output goals
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on the floor
• Inspect processes and finished castings to ensure quality standards are met
• Train, mentor, and evaluate foundry staff to improve performance and skill levels
• Coordinate maintenance and repair of foundry equipment to minimize downtime
• Manage materials usage, including metals, sand, and additives, to control costs and waste
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
