Founding IT & Digital Systems Director

Our Client is building a next-generation digital dermatopathology laboratory from the ground up — fully integrated with automation, AI, remote diagnostics, and physician connectivity. To power this vision, we are hiring a Founding IT & Digital Systems Director responsible for building and maintaining the technology infrastructure that connects lab operations, pathology systems, and external physicians.

This is not traditional IT support. This role is a technology architect for a fully digital lab — overseeing LIS integration, EMR connectivity, digital pathology imaging, data security, and HIPAA compliance.
