- Build the Go-to-Market Motion: Create and execute a GTM playbook for selling AI solutions to non-core customers (payers, hospitals, dental/chiropractic clinics, etc.).
- Own the Sales Cycle: Lead outbound efforts, develop a pipeline from scratch, and close deals across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise clients.
- Sell Value, Not Just Software: Frame how our AI platform creates operational efficiencies and cost savings; impact into compelling client use cases.
- Accelerate Outcomes: Deliver quick wins and results. Speed and adaptability are key.
- Influence Future Team Buildout: Prove success and make the case for expanding the AI sales org.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in AI, automation, or digital transformation.
- Proven track record of building and closing a pipeline from scratch, with annual quota attainment in a prior role.
- Experience with short-cycle sales—demonstrated ability to close deals within 3–6 months of initial outreach.
- Hands-on outbound sales experience, including cold outreach, ICP development, and crafting sales collateral—no reliance on inbound leads.
- Familiarity with AI or automation technologies, with the ability to articulate value propositions and ROI—e.g., cost savings, workflow efficiencies.
- Startup or early-stage experience
- Demonstrated self-sufficiency—success in a role with limited marketing, RevOps, or enablement support.
- Ability to identify new verticals and use cases—success in selling outside a defined ICP or expanding into adjacent markets.
- Background in healthcare, telehealth, or health tech is a plus.
- Experience selling into SMBs or mid-market clients.
- Previous roles at startups or AI-first companies where you wore multiple hats.
- Consulting experience or solution selling expertise is a strong asset.
