Position Summary
We are hiring Forklift Operators for warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution facilities across the GTA. Assignments range from short-term project coverage to long-term placements with potential for permanent hire.
This role is ideal for individuals with experience operating forklifts in fast-paced industrial environments who want steady work and opportunities with reputable employers.
Key Responsibilities
Operate forklifts safely to move materials, pallets, and finished goods throughout facilities
Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers efficiently
Transport materials between production areas, storage locations, and shipping departments
Stack, stage, and organize pallets within warehouse racking systems
Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
Assist with inventory movement, pallet organization, and warehouse logistics
Support production and shipping teams to maintain workflow efficiency
Follow all company safety policies and site-specific procedures
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid forklift certification (Counterbalance, Reach Truck, Dockstocker, or Order Picker depending on assignment)
Previous forklift operating experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments
Ability to safely move and stack materials in tight spaces and racking systems
Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and efficiency
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs when required
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in fast-paced environments
Certifications Required
Valid Forklift Certification
Valid WHMIS Certification
Additional Assets
Experience operating Reach Truck, Counterbalance, Dockstocker, or Order Picker forklifts
Previous experience in distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environments
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
