They are seeking a Lead Foreman/ 310T/J to join their team!
Responsibilities:

Provide daily direction to shop employees, including task assignments, priorities, and scheduling

Estimate and quote jobs both on-site and off-site with accuracy and efficiency

Coordinate with the Parts Department to ensure timely availability of required parts and supplies

Collaborate closely with technicians on maintenance and repair tasks

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for all employees

Foster a strong team environment, encouraging cooperation and communication among staff

Adhere to all Health and Safety Policy Procedures, including Ministry standards

Communicate and liaise with all team members

Review and sign off on safety and annual inspection certificates after confirming completion of all necessary tasks

Ensure all technician licenses remain current, and report any licensing issues promptly

Oversee maintenance and repair of shop equipment, including welders, air compressors, and fabrication tools
- Other duties assigned

High school diploma or post-secondary education

Valid driver’s license
-
Valid 310T or 310J license

Experience with trailer repairs and safety inspections, including Driveon procedures
-
Prior experience in a leadership, training, or mentorship capacity
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skill
