Job Duties

  • Oversee daily plant operations with focus on employee/food safety
  • Direct supervisory staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Align production planning with supply chain requirements
  • Address quality/production issues promptly with appropriate team members
  • Maintain quality standards and inventory accuracy while minimizing costs
  • Optimize resource allocation and equipment utilization
  • Increase production capacity and flexibility while controlling costs
  • Analyze data to identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Develop productivity tracking systems and performance metrics
  • Participate in company-wide operational excellence initiatives
  • Monitor production variations and report to leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
