Our client is a 5* boutique resort with +/- 100 rooms and multiple F&B outlets on an idyllic beach on a tropical island in Philippines.
This role will be overseeing the food and beverage service operations in the resort; including restaurants, bars, and banquet operations.
Role will be reporting directly to the General Manager.
Please note that this position is available for Filipino Nationals only.
Profile
• 5*, leisure resort and boutique hotel experience
• Able to deal effectively with guests in a luxury environment
• Experience in similar role
• Passionate about Food, Beverages and the hospitality industry
• Good knowledge of food trends, alcoholic beverages, wines and spirits
• Highly interactive, people friendly, sensitive to staff needs and a great team player
• Fluent English, both writing and speaking
• Strong leadership, organizational and administrative skills
• Familiar with budgeting and costing
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong management competencies and result oriented
• Motivated and able to work independently
• Energetic, hands-on, flexible
• Computer literate
