We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Director for a distinguished private country club in Pittsburgh. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in leading dining and kitchen teams to deliver outstanding food and beverage experiences while fostering a culture of excellence in hospitality. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in club or hotel dining and banquet operations and will work closely with the Executive Chef and General Manager to advance the club’s food and beverage program. As an ambassador of the club’s values and culture, the F&B Director will play a key role in shaping the direction of the club’s dining services, ensuring member satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence. This premier, members-only club offers a desirable work-life balance, prioritizes staff development, and values a positive and professional attitude. We seek a passionate and dedicated hospitality professional eager to contribute to the club’s continued success.
Compensation: Base Salary of $80,000-$110,000, a comprehensive benefits program, PTO, and more!
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in hotel, restaurant, or private club settings (resort experience is a plus)
- Strong culinary background, with experience as an Executive or Sous Chef or a proven track record working closely with culinary teams strongly preferred
- Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage operations
- P&L responsibility and cost management expertise
- Relevant certifications in food safety and alcohol service
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
