We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Tool & Die Maker to join our team at our state-of-the-art facility in Franksville, Wisconsin. Salary: Up to $68,000 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operation and setup of both manual and CNC machine tools.
• Repairing dies, gauges, tools, and assembling parts necessary for repairs.
• Driving the operation of equipment within the toolroom.
• Fabricating parts as required to perform repairs and maintain equipment functionality.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Four years of experience in tool & die making.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and repairing tools or machines.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• A solid work history indicating reliability and dedication.
• Must be a US citizen or possess a Green Card.
• Residence should be within a 45-minute commute to the Franksville area.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a leadership or training role within a toolroom environment.
• Advanced certifications or continued education in tool & die disciplines.
