This is an opportunity to lead the front-end operations of a high-profile, service-driven, world-class facility, where retail, membership, and customer experience intersect. The Retail Operations Manager will oversee everything from merchandise strategy and inventory control, to team leadership and day-to-day customer interactions and experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Stay current on industry merchandise and trends
- Attend trade shows and pursue professional development
- Oversee retail and front desk operations, including merchandise and range safety personnel
- Manage inventory and maintain financial oversight
- Master POS system and retail procedures
- Develop merchandise displays and manage product strategy
- Ensure a safe, clean, and professional environment
- Schedule and manage staff; implement training and processes
- Promote memberships and manage sales programs
- Report issues, communicate with leadership, and foster innovation
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of retail experience, ideally in management
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Self-motivated with solid problem-solving and inventory control skills
- Adaptable, with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Working knowledge of the firearms industry and market
- Understanding of budgeting and Microsoft Office products
- Must be comfortable working around firearms and loud noise
- High school diploma required; references must show integrity and dependability
