The Role
Our client is seeking a Wood Finisher Department Manager to lead their custom finishing operation. This isn't a role for someone who needs to be told what to do. It's a hands-on leadership position for a finisher who's earned their stripes and is ready to own a department. You'll oversee 3 to 4 direct reports, develop SOPs, manage production timelines, and ensure every piece that leaves the finishing department meets the highest standard of quality. You'll work closely with the shop manager to plan workload, create control samples, troubleshoot finishes, and bring consistency to a team doing custom, high end work every day. Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm.

Benefits and Compensation
- Our client is offering a base salary of $70,000 to $80,000 depending on experience, with the right candidate having the potential to reach $85,000.
