Financial Reporting Manager

Carolina PRG is partnering with a fast growing, private equity backed company to identify a Financial Reporting Manager. This is a high visibility role designed for someone who wants to take ownership of financial reporting in a scaling environment. The organization is expanding rapidly and needs a strong reporting leader who can build structure, elevate processes, and support executive decision making.

Position Overview
The Financial Reporting Manager will lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes, support executive leadership and investors, and help establish reporting infrastructure that supports continued growth. This individual will play a critical role in delivering accurate, timely, and strategic financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting for executive leadership and external stakeholders
• Prepare comprehensive reporting packages for investors and lending partners
• Develop and maintain board level presentation materials
• Oversee debt covenant calculations and compliance reporting
• Analyze financial results and provide insights into trends and performance drivers
• Partner with leadership to develop and track key performance indicators
• Build and enhance financial models to support strategic initiatives and acquisitions
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, controls, and efficiencies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5 plus years of experience in financial reporting, corporate finance, or related field
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to build and maintain complex financial models
• Experience preparing executive level reporting packages
• Understanding of debt covenants and lender reporting requirements preferred
• Experience in a private equity backed or high growth environment preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to leadership
• Ability to operate in a fast paced, evolving environment
