We are looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to work for our client. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Work cross-functionally to identify, recommend, and implement financial system-related operational improvements and enhance efficiency and quality of financial reporting and analytics
• Ensure integrity and validity of Financial statement information for external users as well as Group financial closures in accordance with IFRS
• Make recommendations and implement necessary changes with policies and procedures to support accounting methodologies and compliance objectives
• Assist in managing a financial reporting tool used for SEC filings; collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate implementation efforts across functional areas (e.g. management reporting)
• Maintain a solid understanding of all aspects of the business and the related impact on the company's accounting and internal control systems, procedures, and processes
• Establish active and effective communication with senior members of the finance and with executive staff regarding critical initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• 6+ years financial reporting experience
• Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting, and cost control principles, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Demonstrated strong people management, development, and delegation skills
