We are looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to work for our client. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing long-term financial models, driving strategic decision-making through analysis, and implementing best practices to scale financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s long-term financial models, including forecasting, budgeting, resource allocation, and long-range planning.
• Support strategic business decisions through financial modeling, analysis, and presentations, including ad-hoc projects.
• Develop and implement policies and processes that scale financial operations and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine and execute the company’s growth strategy.
• Provide critical insights on business trends and strategic initiatives to key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of finance experience, with a strong background in FP&A.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to influence decision-making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
