Financial & Operational Analysis

• Develop and maintain operating expense (Opex) dashboards and performance reports
• Analyze monthly results, trends, and key drivers across various systems and regions
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to gain insights into cost structures and performance metrics

Budgeting & Monthly Reporting

• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Prepare monthly management reports and conduct variance analyses
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of reporting accuracy, consistency, and relevance

Executive & Board Support

• Assist in the preparation of board materials and executive-level summaries
• Draft investment memoranda and provide analytical support for capital deployment and strategic initiatives
• Present financial analysis as clear, concise narratives tailored to non-finance stakeholders

Ad-Hoc & Special Projects

• Participate in cross-functional projects requiring financial expertise
• Address ambiguous queries where data may be incomplete or evolving
• Proactively identify challenges, recommend solutions, and ensure action steps are completed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Three to five years of experience in finance, analytics, consulting, or operations
• Familiarity with dashboard or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Experience within fast-growing or entrepreneurial organizations
• Willingness to ask questions and challenge assumptions
