As the Financial Manager – FP&A, you’ll support executive leadership with deep financial insights and forecasts that shape short- and long-term strategies. Your focus will span liquidity management, operational performance analysis, and financial modeling, while also partnering across business units to provide actionable intelligence and support strategic planning.

Focus:
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to project revenue, cash flow, and business performance across products and regions.
- Conduct ongoing assessments of debt covenant compliance and support treasury with liquidity analysis.
- Deliver regular reporting and strategic insight to senior executives, empowering data-driven decisions across functional teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups to understand business needs and translate them into financial plans and actionable insights.
- Produce high-impact presentations and reports for strategic initiatives, board meetings, and investor relations.
- Mentor and oversee the work of junior financial analysts or similar support staff.
- Support ad-hoc projects, strategic business reviews, and special financial initiatives as they arise.
Skill Set:
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, or consulting.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related analytical discipline; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- Strong command of financial statements and forecasting techniques.
- Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to synthesize and present complex information clearly.
- Detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a high-performance setting.
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills—able to influence without authority.
