Salary: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Direct financial reporting and ensure compliance across multiple legal frameworks and entities.
• Spearhead comprehensive tax strategies and manage associated risks.
• Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing finance team.
• Analyze and approve financial aspects of acquisitions and dispositions, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy and compliance requirements.
• Serve as a key financial advisor to executive management, providing insights and recommendations that influence company decisions and investor relations.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• CPA designation required.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in accounting and taxation, with a deep emphasis on financial reporting and compliance.
• At least 3 years of experience in public accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience leading and developing finance teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Accounting or Taxation.
• Experience in real estate or similar sector highly desirable.
• Strong background managing REIT compliance and accounting systems.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven track record in financial strategy and tax planning.
