GRC Executive Search is conducting a search for a Financial Analyst on behalf of a growing and innovative organization seeking a highly analytical finance professional to support strategic decision-making and business performance.
This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working with data, building financial models, identifying business trends, and partnering with leadership to drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses for management.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A processes.
- Develop financial models to support strategic planning and operational decisions.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, utilization, and key business performance indicators.
- Monitor cash flow and assist with short- and long-term financial forecasting.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and management reports.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial and operational performance.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams to provide actionable business insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Accounting, Consulting, or a related discipline.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Experience preparing financial reports and working with large datasets.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in professional services or consulting environments is preferred.
- CPA designation or progress toward a professional certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies to improve reporting and workflow efficiency is preferred.
