Global manufacturer located in the greater Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin area is looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities

Participate in monthly closing process including recording monthly entries, reviewing subsidiary results and supporting the consolidation process
Act as the Corporate finance liaison to certain business locations; assisting them with multiple aspects of corporate reporting
Prepare and analyze key financial information on a monthly basis for reporting to Corporate officers
Coordinate quarterly forecast process including consolidation and reporting to Corporate officers
Assist Corporate officers, including the VP-Corporate Controller and CFO, and business units with accounting, analysis, and reporting requests
Prepare schedules and analysis on a quarterly basis for the earnings release and SEC quarterly and annual filings; including key financial reports and schedules for the quarterly briefing book
Participate in subsidiary accounting reviews; review accounting methods for best practices and provide solutions
Work on special projects as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent plus 3-5 years of directly related experience; CPA a plus
Experience in consolidations and reporting, financial planning, and analysis, external and SEC reporting a plus
Strong attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and individuals at all levels of the organization
Ability to meet tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities
Strong computer skills – knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, a must. Knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and SSA Ln a plus.
