endevis is working with a large and respected manufacturing leader to find a Financial Analyst. This position reports directly to the Controller and is responsible for the general and specific job duties as described below:

  • Complete Daily Flash Reports
  • Complete Daily Scrap Graphs
  • Receiving of Non-Production
  • Tracking of Open AS400 purchase orders
  • Bill of Material & Router Audits
  • Run Negative Inventory Report
  • Assist in Month End Close
  • Journal entries as assigned
  • Inventory GL to Perpetual Reconciliation
  • Post Weekly & Bi-Weekly Payroll's
  • Review Material variance accounts daily, Methods, Interim Standard Variance, etc
  • Reconcile balance sheet
  • Make inventory Adjustment to align perpetual to GL Quarterly
  • Various AP functions


  • Bachelor’s Degree with Accounting or Finance Major
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment; automotive strongly preferred
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts and financial information
  • Ability to pay attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills including typing and the use of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to read, write and perform non-complex mathematical calculations
  • In depth understanding of Financial reporting and procedures
  • Ability to pay attention to detail, multi-task and follow direction
  • Experience with QAD and AS400
