Our client, a well-established organization in the Charlotte market, is seeking a Financial Analyst to support corporate financial operations and reporting. This role offers a strong foundation in both accounting and financial analysis, with exposure to key business processes and collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across corporate expense areas
- Assist with tracking and analyzing internal project spend
- Participate in monthly close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and basic variance analysis
- Help maintain financial data within internal systems and support reporting processes
- Analyze financial results and assist in identifying trends and variances
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, and business teams to support day-to-day financial needs
- Assist in preparing reports and summaries using Excel and other tools
- Support ad hoc requests and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (internships included)
- Strong Excel skills (comfortable with formulas, basic analysis)
- Exposure to ERP systems or financial tools is a plus
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
