A rapidly growing FinTech company is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join its Finance & Strategy team in Puerto Rico.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants exposure to executive leadership, strategic finance, business analytics, forecasting, and operational decision-making within a high-growth technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Financial modeling, forecasting & reporting
• KPI tracking & business analytics
• SQL-based data analysis & large dataset management
• Unit economics analysis & trend identification
• Cross-functional partnership with Operations, Risk, Underwriting & Engineering
• Cash flow forecasting & ad-hoc financial analysis
• Process improvement & reporting automation
What We’re Looking For:
• 2–6 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Consulting, Accounting, or analytical roles
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Experience working with large datasets
• SQL query experience required
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• English fluency required; Spanish preferred
