What You’ll Own

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Build and enhance financial models that actually drive decisions—not just reporting
  • Partner with leadership to develop forecasts tied to real business outcomes
  • Analyze performance vs. budget/forecast and uncover trends that matter
  • Create and elevate KPI reporting across the organization

Reporting & Business Partnership

  • Deliver clear, impactful reporting and dashboards to senior leadership
  • Support and influence Sales, Operations, and Finance through data-driven insights
  • Take a lead role in annual budgets and quarterly forecasting
  • Identify inefficiencies and improve financial systems and workflows
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to turn analysis into actionable strategy
  • Tackle ad hoc projects that directly impact the business

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 4+ years in FP&A or similar analytical role
  • Advanced Excel skills (modeling, analysis, problem-solving)
  • Strong business acumen and attention to detail
  • Experience with accounting/financial systems (preferred)
  • Ability to operate both independently and as a key team contributor
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with competing priorities
