Job Summary: The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support decision-making processes within the organization. This role involves working closely with various departments to understand financial performance, identify trends, and assist in financial planning and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and create financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis, to management.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and variances.
• Conduct profitability analysis and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
• Support the development of business cases for new projects and investments.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and ensure accuracy.
• Stay up-to-date with financial trends and best practices to inform analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
• Experience with financial software (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
