Financial Advisor

Be the guiding force in members' financial journeys. Our client is seeking a Financial Advisor who will help members navigate life's financial complexities through personalized investment planning, retirement strategies, and risk management solutions. You'll make a real difference in the communities they serve by providing expert financial guidance tailored to individual goals. Home base for this position is in Green Bay or Fox Cities, with travel between branches required.

Job Duties

• Conduct consultations with members to understand their financial objectives
• Analyze financial situations and develop personalized strategies and advice
• Create and implement comprehensive financial plans, including investment portfolios and retirement strategies
• Monitor and recommend adjustments to members' financial plans as needed
• Stay current on industry regulations and market developments
• Maintain detailed records of client financial information and transactions
• Apply knowledge of financial and insurance products offered by the organization
• Utilize financial software to monitor accounts, verify transactions, and schedule reviews
• Travel between branch locations as necessary

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7, 66, or 65 license
• Life and health insurance licenses
• Minimum 5 years experience in investments
• In-depth knowledge of investment and insurance products
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Clean U-4 record
• Valid driver's license for travel requirements
• Excellent business writing and document interpretation skills
