The Position: Financial Accounting Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Accounting professional to join our growing technology company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and hands-on experience using spreadsheet software (such as Excel or Google Sheets) for data processing, financial reporting, and presentation.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ experience within an accounting / finance team
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• NetSuite is preferred
• Strong proficiency in addressing and resolving accounting challenges
• Advanced proficiency in using spreadsheet software to evaluate, process, and generate financial and operational dat

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in month-end close and reporting activities
• Payout setup, calculation, and distribution
• Reconcile financial data between systems to ensure consistency
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Assist in creating and maintaining written processes and procedures
• Collaborate with development, compliance, risk, accounting, and management teams to enhance reporting tools and workflowss
