We’re partnering with a growing organization in Nashua, NH that’s looking to bring on a Finance Specialist who thrives at the intersection of finance, sales, and operations. What You’ll Do

• Partner closely with sales and order entry teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders
• Review, validate, and enter financial and order-related data into internal systems
• Assist with invoicing, pricing verification, and resolving order discrepancies
• Support finance team with reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order-to-cash workflow
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 1+ year of experience (internship or professional) in finance, accounting, or operations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales and operations teams
• Proficiency in Excel and general systems aptitude
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
