We are looking for a Finance Manager to work for our Akron client. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a key cross-functional partner to the business, serving ongoing needs and supporting decision-making on strategic initiatives
• Support the monthly close process including preparation of variance reports and analysis with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness
• Drive comprehensive, financial planning and forecasting such as revenue, headcount, and expense forecasting and reporting
• Lead financial analysis on new business initiatives to understand and prioritize opportunities
• Assist in modeling Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements
• Drive value-add, innovation, and continuous improvement to the FP&A organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of finance experience
• Experience in financial analysis, key performance indicators, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Highly motivated and eager to drive results through a combination of detailed analytical work and high-level strategic thinking
• Entrepreneurial mindset – ability to operate and drive results as a self-starter
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
