We are looking for a Finance Manager to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with critical functions, including the executive suite, to set the company strategy and drive financial & operational success
• Shape the company operating model by building and driving the delivery of key financial processes including planning, reporting, and forecasting
• Develop capital allocation frameworks that help drive the long-term strategy
• Continuously refine and upgrade financial infrastructure in order to best reflect the business, and improve decision-making
• Analyze the global financial information of the functions and assist in the evaluation of alternatives to drive optimization, mitigate financial risk and opportunities
• Effectively manage a team of financial analysts
• Complete ad hoc requests and lead special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 6 years of finance experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and multi-task against tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication, and negotiation skills
• Strong influencing and communication skills, and ability to lead informal teams
