Responsibilities

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial activities at the site level:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
• Track and report key performance indicators
• Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and profitability
• Oversee product costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis
• Collaborate with operations to support cost control initiatives
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Provide financial modeling and scenario planning for projects and investment decisions
• Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of finance professionals
• Other duties as assigned

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience (in a manufacturing environment preferred)
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
