About Our Client:

Our client which operates in a hybrid work environment in Guelph is looking for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager needs to be hands-on and bring experience of managing a team, understanding the manufacturing environment, and be driven to identify inefficiencies and make process improvements. Responsibilities:

  • Financial reporting and financial analysis
  • Prepare and review monthly financial budgets and forecasts
  • Assists with the preparation of annual budgets and monthly / quarterly forecasts
  • Oversee a tenured team of 4 employees
  • Lead by example and demonstrate the company values
  • Occasional travel within North America

Qualifications:

  • A Professional Accounting Designation is a must
  • SAP knowledge and experience is a must, SAP S/4HANA is an asset
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Manufacturing industry experience is highly desirable
