Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Manager to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

The Finance Manager will play a critical role in supporting the company’s continued expansion by delivering financial leadership, strategic insights, and hands‑on management of a $500M+ P&L. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end financial processes, including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis
  • Provide leadership and oversight for a $500M+ P&L, ensuring accuracy and insight into financial drivers
  • Develop and present financial reports, dashboards, and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to operational and commercial teams, supporting growth initiatives and cost‑optimization efforts
  • Analyze financial trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Lead a team of finance professionals; provide coaching, development, and performance management
  • Enhance financial processes, internal controls, and reporting accuracy
  • Partner with accounting to ensure compliance with GAAP, corporate policies, and audit requirements
  • Support strategic planning, capital investment analysis, and scenario modeling

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in financial management, FP&A, or corporate finance
  • Experience working with large‑scale P&L management, ideally $250M+
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations
  • Effective communicator with the ability to influence senior leaders
  • Team‑oriented leader with experience developing finance talent
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial planning systems; MBA or CPA preferred
