We are looking for a Finance Manager to work for our Illinois client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities

• Develop, perform, and manage all aspects of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Measure key performance indicators and benchmarking results across accounts, markets, business units, and channels and communicate results to leadership via dashboards and reports
• Work closely with the business to develop, recommend and establish strategies, plans, and processes to improve profitability
• Translate analysis into meaningful business insights. Build potential options and actionable recommendations around those insights to drive strategic decisions
• Construct executive-level presentations, crafting a strategic story out of the numbers to present findings in clear, concise and decision-impacting manner. Influence leadership through fact-based analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• 6+ years of Finance experience
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills and flexibility in dealing with simultaneous projects, issues, and timelines
• Able to translate data into a story, explaining quarterly variances, risks, and opportunities
• Self-starter with an inquisitive mind, eager to design recommendations
• Able to lead, set objectives, and seek results
