To play a pivotal role in building a best-in-class finance function, enhancing our use of ERP, and driving visibility into our performance. • Lead daily accounting activities in line with GAAP & internal policies
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, journal entries, & reconciliations
• Ensure accurate and timely detailed month-end and year-end closes
• Deliver monthly financial statements & performance reports
• Develop customized reports that provide insights into KPIs & operational trends
• Translate financial data into actionable insights and access to details for executive leadership
• Serve as the internal ERP expert & primary contact with our outsourced IT provider
• Optimize ERP usage, ensure data accuracy, & train internal users
• Oversee troubleshooting, upgrades, and process improvements from a project management Standpoint.
• Design, implement and deploy cost accounting processes and systems for manufacturing and sales estimate purposes.
• Partner with operations and sales to improve pricing and costing strategies
• Analyze margins and drive product-level profitability & company level
• Partner with the President & internal leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
• Support cash flow analysis and scenario modeling for all contingencies.
• Contribute financial insights to strategic growth initiatives to reach company goals
