We are looking for a Finance Manager to work for our Cleveland client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Business, Finance and Accounting teams to help develop strategies, build insightful forecasting and reporting and drive impactful insights for key leaders
• Develop and streamline FP&A processes to mitigate risk and find value within the business
• Provide management with clear insights into drivers of business growth, risks, and opportunities
• Build financial models to evaluate new business opportunities and analyze current business performance to maximize sales, inventory & profitability along with the clear trade offs
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, annual and multi-year strategic planning/forecasting cycles
• Assist with month-end close processes, including monthly journal entries, reviewing month-end reconciliations, and performing financial statement analyses
• Coordinate activities with corporate accounting to ensure accurate financial results and other financial closing activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience
• Strong financial acumen, demonstrated experience problem solving with analytical thinking, and history of business partnership
• Influential - able to navigate cross-functional teams to accomplish goals
• Demonstrated ability to develop and coach junior team members
