We are looking for a Finance Director to work for our client located in Central Ohio. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic input for business decisions by overseeing development of financial analysis/modeling incorporating assumptions, expectations, and known risks; preparing presentations and other supporting materials for recommendations
• Lead the Annual Business Planning Process and develop the annual and long-term plan and implement
• Drive changes to strengthen monthly financial closing and management reporting processes, bring in transparency and improve timing of key deliverables, established KPIs, metrics, and dashboards
• Lead high-quality level of financial decision support to the organization; collaborate with leadership to plan and analyze business performance by identifying gaps between business goals/objectives & identifying areas of growth opportunity
• Manage teams and processes to ensure compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate closely with the Sales, Operations Excellence, and Sales Operations teams to lead and support strategic and financial analyses to address evolving business dynamics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• 8+ years of finance experience with demonstrated progressive responsibility
• Strong analytical background working with FP&A and strategic finance
• Extensive experience with financial modeling
• Exceptional leadership skills: coaching, mentoring, running a high performing team
• Thorough and detailed oriented, while summarizing analysis to drive broader business context and insight
