Job Summary: The Finance Director will oversee the financial operations of the organization, providing strategic financial leadership and ensuring the company’s financial health. This role involves managing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance, as well as leading a finance team to support the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Manage cash flow, investment strategies, and capital structure to support business goals.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with business objectives.
• Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong understanding of financial management, accounting, and financial analysis.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
