About Our Client:

Our client is seeking a professional Finance Business Partner with a minimum of seven years progressive financial experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the development of clinical and non-clinical program’s annual and multi-year operating budget a
  • Embody a deep understanding of program operations including the process of procedures, cases and services in clinical areas
  • Plan and implement cost saving strategies, whilst guiding and supporting Vice Presidents, Program Directors and budget holders
  • Build strong relationships with program areas, through presentations and engagement of clinicians
  • Work closely with other Finance Business Partners to support financial management
  • Approve and submit program audit working papers, communicating with both internal and external auditors
  • Verify that key control activities for areas under the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis’s responsibilities are accurately recognized

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration and/or relevant field is required
  • A Master’s degree or relevant experience in Health/Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or related field, is preferred
  • Accounting Designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA) or equivalent is required
  • A minimum of seven years progressive financial experience
  • A minimum of five years progressive financial analysis experience
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in supporting business units or program areas
  • A minimum of three years partnering and supporting senior decision makers
  • Previous experience with a non for profit healthcare system preferred
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting for large complex organizations
  • Strong communication skills- both oral and written
  • Detail oriented, organized, and professional
