Our client is seeking a professional Finance Business Manager with a strong background in business management, financial planning, performance measurement and budgeting functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of financial improvements and review financial/activity reporting
• Complete general administrative responsibilities
• Oversee productivity analysis on portfolio activities
• Organize and manage the completion of projects and special projects

Qualifications

• Professional accounting designation (CPA) or business degree with relevant experience
• Master’s degree in Business or Health Administration or recognized equivalent
• 5 years related experience required; experience working in a hospital (asset)
• Strong background in business management, financial planning, performance measurement and budgeting functions
• Excellent communication skills- both oral and written
• Detail oriented, professional and organized
• Proficient knowledge of Health System Funding Reform (asset)
