Structure: Temp to Perm (must be US Citizen)

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Associate to join our accounting team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates with a degree in Accounting or Finance who want to gain hands-on experience in corporate accounting and financial operations.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily accounting operations, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and data entry
• Prepare reports and maintain organized financial records
• Assist with month-end close
• Use Excel to manage data, track metrics, and build simple reports

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (recent grads encouraged!)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, basic formulas)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Eager to learn, reliable, and a team player
