We are looking for a career-minded individual with mechanical and electronic aptitude, as well as the potential to learn scale and weighing technology. If you’re self-motivated, eager to learn, and have a strong desire to be part of a team, we want to hear from you! You will have a stable 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, inspect, calibrate, repair, and maintain industrial weighing equipment
  • Work across diverse industries, including food, automotive, pharmaceutical, agricultural, steel, rubber, and more
  • Take on new challenges daily with problem-solving opportunities
  • Work independently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Use your technical skills to improve processes in a variety of manufacturing and industrial settings

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and responsibility
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Experience with industrial equipment, electronics, or personal computers is a plus
  • Must have a customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
  • Must have a clear driving record
  • Ability to obtain a Class B CDL (if you don’t already have one) within the first 6 months of employment
  • Pre-employment drug screen and background check required
  • Must be willing to work in all weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors
