FIELD SUPERVISOR

$60,000 - $100,000 range depending on experience!

Our client is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee their current construction projects in South Alabama. This role is critical to their operations, and they are looking for someone who can effectively manage the following responsibilities:

--Hiring and Onboarding: Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding field staff members.
--Scheduling and Management: Manage the scheduling of work and oversee day-to-day field operations.
--Team Transition: Initially, they will deploy some of their experienced workers to assist with training and onboarding the new staff. However, as time progresses, the new supervisor will gradually take full responsibility for both the new team and the work under contract.
--The ideal candidate should have a strong background in field operations, leadership, and team management. Familiarity with the local labor market and proven track record is a plus.
