We are seeking an experienced Automation Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of automated warehouse and material handling equipment. This role involves working directly at customer sites to ensure equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Equipment Supported

• Conveyor systems
• Shrink wrappers
• Pallet shuttle systems
• Vertical Lift Modules (VLMs – Modula)
• Robotics and AGVs
• Tuggers and personnel carts

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on automated equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems (including 480V three-phase and low-voltage circuits)
• Diagnose system issues and implement effective repair solutions
• Complete service documentation, diagnostics, and work orders
• Maintain service vehicle inventory and tools
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams
• Identify repair needs, upgrades, and service opportunities

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience servicing conveyors, automation, or industrial equipment
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Automotive, truck, or military maintenance experience is a plus
• Must have basic mechanic tools
