Job Summary
Field Service Technician - Main job function; provide electromechanical repair and packaging production line support for all customers internal and external. Interact and communicate with customers at the plant level. The position is regionally based and dispatched as needed throughout the US. Some international work may be required.
Essential Functions
- Install and maintain automated packaging equipment
- Manage territory customer base
- Resolve process issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Interact with department management daily
- File weekly service and expense reports
- Proctor technical training classes
- All other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
Required
- Associates degree
- Well-developed mechanical aptitude
- Team player and self-starter
- Troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Open to future relocation possibilities
- Clean driving record
