Field Service Technician - Massachusetts

Role You Will Play:
In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and troubleshooting window and door installations across residential homes and construction sites. The ideal candidate brings a strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on experience using tools in residential or commercial settings, and the ability to diagnose and repair a range of product issues. You will collaborate closely with a Service Coordinator and be an integral part of a supportive, team-oriented Service Department.
